Nisreen Shahin has always believed very strongly in one thing – pure, untainted design. A graduate of the American University in Dubai with a B.A. in Creative Advertising, she jumped feet first into the industry working with agencies like Face 2 Face, Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi in Dubai. Through the years, she created for brands like Land Rover, Volkswagen, Herbal Essences, Cartier, Mars, Dubai Metro and Herseys, to drop a few names. In 2013, she took a daring leap of faith and founded Hatch Concept Studio and has been beating design black and blue ever since.

With a degree in Mass Communication from the University of South Australia, Omer has experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, and Journalism. Some of his previous work was for clients such as Pampers, Nestlé, BMW, Nissan, The Dubai Mall, and the Prime Minister’s Office

A full stack web developer and digital specialist with a wide experience in developing and managing digital products. He specializing in both front-end and back-end development using the latest tools and frameworks to conjure websites, web apps and APIs for digital platforms.

His experience includes working with brands like Mercedes-Benz, Pfizer, Canon, Facebook, Etisalat, Johnson & Johnson, Lacoste, Astrazeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Ralph Lauren and more.

Nasiim is a fringeful designer who believes in ‘Being’ and his older brother ‘Be.’ She has a BA in Graphic & Communicatio Design from the University of Leeds, where her passion developed in fours – graphic design, illustration, story-telling and animation. She has set up camp at Hatch, ready to proclaim her big green patch, slowly working towards the big goal – world domination.

A video-mapping and motion design specialist, Dorsa has studied in Academia di Belle Arti in Italy to develop a thirst for creative juices. With a vast arsenal of technical skills, all creative suits fall prey to our Carmenta of animation. To this animator, a video is worth 1.8 million words.

Half Circassian, half Dagestani, Heba was born in Syria and raised in UAE. She enjoys the process and uncertainty of design. Exploring it using different mediums, forms and tools. When she’s not designing, illustrating or storming toward stranger’s dogs, she reads. She has recently learned how to ride a bicycle and can proudly cycle for a few turns before tumbling over.
